Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing and shipping of orders. We ship only within the continental United States. Shipping costs will be figured at checkout and we will do our best to combine items to reduce the rate, if notified in advance. If an item is oversized, overweight, or needs increased insurance, we will send an email with an invoice for those additional shipping costs. Your order will be processed when the invoice is paid. If an order has been marked as delivered, Inova Treasure Trove is not responsible for replacing it due to theft or if it goes missing. If you are concerned about the security of location of delivery, we encourage you to let us know you would like the package sent with instructions for there to be a “signature required.”
